Welcome to Ledger LK, a mobile bookkeeping and credit ledger application developed and operated by Inzeedo (PVT) Ltd (“Inzeedo”, “we”, “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Inzeedo governing your use of the Ledger LK app.

By downloading, installing, registering, or using Ledger LK, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Ledger LK is intended for business owners and adults aged 18 and older. By using the app, you confirm you meet this requirement.

Ledger LK helps micro, small, and medium businesses across Sri Lanka record daily customer credit accounts (கடன் கணக்கு / ණය පොත), track cash inflows and outflows, manage debtor due dates, and generate balance summaries from a mobile phone.

To use Ledger LK, you agree to:

• Provide accurate business details (shop name, phone number) when registering, and keep them up to date.
• Keep your login credentials and OTP codes confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Secure your own device with a screen lock, and log out on shared devices.
• Ensure the ledger entries you record are accurate and lawful — you remain responsible for the correctness of your own books.
• Notify us immediately at support@inzeedo.lk if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose, fraud, money laundering, or recording of illegal transactions.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the app, backend systems, or other users' data.
• Upload malicious code, spam, or content that infringes anyone's rights.
• Resell, sublicense, or misrepresent the app as your own product.
• Abuse automated access (scraping, bots) that degrades service for others.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account.

• Free features remain free. Optional paid plans unlock premium features described in-app.
• Billing: paid subscriptions are processed securely through the Google Play Store and are subject to Google Play's billing terms. We never see or store your card details.
• Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal via your Google Play subscriptions settings.
• Refunds: refund requests are handled under Google Play's refund policy. Contact us at support@inzeedo.lk and we will assist where possible.
• Price changes: we may change plan prices with reasonable advance notice inside the app; continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.

• You own your data. Every ledger entry, customer record, and transaction you create belongs exclusively to you.
• Cloud backup syncs your records so you can restore them when switching devices — but you should still export important reports (PDF) regularly for your own records.
• How we collect, store, and protect your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
• You may request complete deletion of your account and all associated data at any time through our account-deletion page. Export anything you need first — deletion is permanent.

• The app is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We work hard for 24/7 reliability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation.
• We may perform scheduled maintenance, release updates that require newer app versions, or modify/discontinue features with reasonable in-app notice.
• You are responsible for maintaining a compatible device, operating system version, and internet connection.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses — including lost profits, lost business, or ledger inaccuracies arising from your own entries, device failure, or events beyond our control.
• Our total liability for any claim relating to the app shall not exceed the amounts you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim — or LKR 5,000 where no fees were paid.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited under Sri Lankan law.

• By you: stop using the app anytime, and optionally delete your account and data via the account-deletion page.
• By us: we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the service, or remain inactive with unpaid dues, with prior notice where practical.
• Upon termination, your right to use the app ends immediately; paid-plan billing stops per Google Play's cancellation rules.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from or relating to Ledger LK shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sri Lanka.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
