Service.

By accessing Inzeedo's digital infrastructure, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these protocols, you are prohibited from using our Site and architectural services.

We provide a comprehensive suite of digital services across software development, IT networking, and marketing. Deliverables and timelines for specific projects will be governed by individual Statements of Work (SOW) which integrate into these broad terms.

Our Assets: All proprietary code, trademarks, and logos remain the exclusive property of Inzeedo.

Client Assets: Upon full and final payment, ownership of project-specific deliverables is transferred to the Client. We retain a non-exclusive license to display the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed via NDA.

Fees, milestones, and payment schedules are detailed in each SOW. Projects typically require an initial deposit. Overdue accounts may result in service suspension or delay in project milestones.

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes that cannot be resolved via good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sri Lanka.
