Welcome to Ledger LK, a mobile bookkeeping and credit ledger application developed and operated by Inzeedo (PVT) Ltd (official company portal: https://www.inzeedo.lk).

Ledger LK empowers micro, small, and medium businesses, retail store owners, and field sales merchants throughout Sri Lanka to record daily customer credit accounts (கடன் கணக்கு / ණය පොත), track cash inflow/outflows, manage debtor due dates, and generate automated balance summaries right from their mobile smartphones.

This Privacy Policy explains how our mobile application collects, uses, encrypts, and handles user information in full compliance with the Google Play Developer Policies and applicable data protection laws.

To provide core financial ledger features, Ledger LK may collect and process the following categories of information:

Ledger LK adheres strictly to Android's principle of least privilege. We only request permissions necessary for core app features:

• Internet Access & Network State: To sync encrypted ledger transactions with your secure cloud backup and authenticate your login.
• Read Contacts (READ_CONTACTS - Optional): Only requested when you choose to import a contact directly into a ledger card. You can decline this permission and manually type customer details anytime.
• Storage / Media Files (Optional): Required when you choose to attach receipt photos or download and export accounting PDF statements to your phone storage.
• Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS - Optional): Used to deliver timely payment due reminders and cloud backup completion alerts.

We use your information exclusively for functional purposes:

• To maintain your digital ledgers, compute customer credit totals, and format accounting reports.
• To securely synchronize and restore your ledger records whenever you switch mobile devices.
• To format WhatsApp and SMS payment reminders that you voluntarily initiate to your customers.
• To troubleshoot application stability and provide prompt customer assistance.

We DO NOT sell, rent, monetize, or trade your personal or financial data to advertisers, lenders, or data aggregators.

Security is foundational to how Inzeedo builds enterprise and financial software:

• All network communication between the Ledger LK app and backend APIs is encrypted using HTTPS with TLS 1.3.
• Stored credentials and critical tokens are hashed and encrypted at rest with industry-standard cryptographic algorithms.
• Access to backend infrastructure is restricted strictly to authorized engineers with multi-factor authentication and strict access logs.

Ledger LK integrates trusted, industry-standard Google SDKs strictly for core operations:

• Google Play Services: Core application services, authentication, and secure app distribution.
• Firebase Crashlytics & Analytics: Anonymous crash reporting and performance metrics to detect unexpected app termination.

These services process data according to Google's strict developer privacy standards and do not track users across unassociated apps.

In full compliance with Google Play's Account Deletion and Data Safety Requirements, you have absolute ownership of your data:

• Data Retention: We store your business ledgers as long as your account remains active to provide seamless access across backups.
• Account & Data Deletion: You can request complete and permanent deletion of your account and all associated transactional data at any time.

Ledger LK is a commercial accounting and debt tracking tool designed specifically for business professionals, merchants, and adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from individuals under the age of 13 (or under 16 in applicable jurisdictions). If we become aware that information was mistakenly collected from a minor, we will delete it promptly.
